StreetWise STEP Program

We specialize in assisting individuals who are homeless, justice-involved, receiving disability, or veterans, who have employment gaps and other barriers to stable work.

Our individualized approach helps eliminate barriers and overcome obstacles to employment and self-sufficiency.

  • Assess skills and interests
  • One-on-One sessions
  • Workshops on completing work history and online applications, job search techniques, resume writing, interviewing skills.
  • Job Club for on-going skill and relationship-building
  • Transportations and Uniform subsidies
  • Post-employment Job Coaching as needed

The StreetWise S.T.E.P. Program participants gain employment in a variety of sectors including: hospitality, security, light manufacturing, janitorial services, home health care, retail, customer service and more.
