Tuan blends his professional talents and personal interest to mentor youth in Chicago to provide a positive outlet through creativity.   He is the Senior Art Director at Leo Burnett. Aside from his sharp design talent, his work in the arena of diversity of inclusion is tireless and expansive – both within the agency and beyond. He is responsible for instituting a field trip program  that invites Chicago youth to learn first-hand about careers in advertising and discovery of new professional avenues; developing a creative lab where Chicago youth can connect and learn with creative tools and resources; and spearheading The Pencil Project, a collegiate scholarship program where students earn a chance at scholarship money through the submission of work that defines why they are “the difference that makes a difference.” He is also responsible for starting a creative lab in the Woodlawn neighborhood in hopes of providing exposure for under resourced youth to the many disciplines of the advertising industry.
