Jan has been a towering champion for the creation of a just and equitable societyin her role as CEO and Founder of Jan Anne Dubin Consulting and in her board and volunteer work. She was appointed to the Public AlliesChicago advisory board in the early 1990s by former First Lady Michelle Obama, its founding executive director. Today, as a member of Emeritus Board she continues to advocate for justice and equality and the diverse leadership to sustain it. In addition to supporting the Public Allies Chicago board and staff, Jan has coached, counseled, and mentored Allies in impact organizations all over the city of Chicago. Jan has been honored frequently for her acumen as a legal marketing expert, consultant, and diversity champion. Most recently, she was one of the Chicago Business Journal’s Women of Influence; in 2016 she was inducted into the Legal Marketing Association Midwest Chapter’s Hall of Fame; and she is the recipient of the Anti-Defamation League’s Distinguished Community Leadership Award.
